What countries can you ship to?
We generally support global delivery, but please see the following special instructions:
1- If there are some remote areas, additional fees need to be paid
2- If some areas do not support delivery, the delivery will be cancelled, or please contact us before placing an order.
3- Free shipping is only for special areas, not all places.(PO Box address is not supported)
What countries do you ship from?
It depends on the delivered address on orders.
Regarding the place of shipment, please see the following instructions:
1- Normally shipped from mainland China
2- If our goods storage in local warehouse, it will be shipped from the local warehouse
What shipment methods do you offer?
Most standard shipments are sent through mail post.
The specific service and carrier depend on the size and weight of your order.
We offer free shipping for some countries,but not all the areas.
How long does delivery take?
1- Our normal delivery time is within 7 days after receipt of payment.
2- Our standard freight is via mailpostal transportation. Since most of the products are electrified, the normal time takes 7-35 working days.
3- If you need express service, please contact us to check the correct shipping cost.
4- If you use courier service, it usually arrives within 7-10 working days.
5- For some remote areas, or special weather conditions, or flight, transportation policies and other factors, there will be lengthening, please understand.
But All shipments will provide the tracking number of the shipment, and we will follow up with the logistics information.
If i need to pay extra cost for customs clearance?
1- Under normal circumstances, what we send is postal transportation, and no other costs will be incurred.
2- The customs of different countries have different policies, so the fees need to be determined according to local policies.
3- For some countries, there are free quotas, or if you need to reduce the customs declaration value, please contact us to modify the shipping invoice in advance to reduce the exemption.
We will help you modify the corresponding invoices in advance according to different national policies.
If you need to declare the real price or specify the price, please leave a message on the order or contact us.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is in route.
